They are the only Sequoia Capital-backed EdTech company in Bangladesh, and looking to hire in their Engineering, Product, Content, and Marketing teams. is looking for an individual who can actively oversee the operations and strategy of the Marketing division of 10MS consisting of Media Planning & Buying, Socials and Influencer Marketing and Brands.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
  • Take ownership of monthly and annual Profit and Loss (P&L) growth targets, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives.
  • Plan, implement, and control proof of concepts through digital media marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Metrics.
  • Conduct performance marketing to optimize ROI on digital campaigns
  • Continuously monitor and identify changes in marketing trends, both within the education sector and the digital marketing landscape.
  • Adjust marketing strategies and resource allocation accordingly.
  • Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative growth strategies beyond digital marketing, exploring offline and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with external marketing agencies and vendor partners to leverage their expertise and resources for campaign execution and strategy enhancement.
  • Evaluate the customer experience across digital media channels and various customer touchpoints.
  • Implement improvements based on feedback and insights to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Explore and recommend alternative marketing strategies, both online and offline, to diversify the organization’s reach and revenue streams.
  • Effectively manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Develop and maintain a strong and recognizable brand identity for the organization.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, and brand voice across all marketing channels.
  • Provide thought leadership and novelty perspective for scaling up the game.

Qualifications

Job Experience Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing and/or commercial division of reputed companies.
  • Solid track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in performance marketing, SEO know-how, social media, web advertising, and graphics will be an added advantage
  • Strong background in developing and maintaining brand identity and consistency.
  • Experience in leading and managing marketing teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Experience in digital analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with various marketing channels and strategies, both digital and traditional.
  • Experience in collaborating with external marketing agencies and vendor partners.
