10 Minute School, the largest EdTech platform in Bangladesh, is seeking an Executive Activation to join its Marketing Department at Mohakhali DOHS. The role involves managing on ground activation programs, supervising brand promoters, coordinating offline marketing activities, driving external partnerships, and ensuring smooth execution of field operations across markets. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, and able to work confidently with both internal teams and external partners to deliver strong brand visibility and market engagement. Fresh graduates may apply, and prior internship or project based experience in marketing or activation will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and monitor all field activation activities and brand promoter operations
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for ATL and BTL marketing initiatives
• Acquire and onboard external partners and maintain strong working relationships
• Oversee timely procurement and delivery of materials required for field operations
• Track performance, prepare reports, and provide activation insights and recommendations
• Ensure smooth on ground execution of campaigns, events, and brand activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all activation programs
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome; internship or project based activation experience is a plus
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to travel for on ground activities
