25th Anniversary to Mediacom Limited
“Made in Bangladesh” agency Mediacom Limited has crossed the milestone of 25 years in the country’s advertising world with success, achievement and recognition. In 2023, this company of Square Group started its journey on a bigger scale, at a new address. A great meeting was held on February 8 at this new address of Samson Center in Gulshan 1. Officials-representatives of Mediacom’s long-standing subsidiaries, distinguished customers, prominent corporate and media personalities, advertising makers, production houses and related industries and well-wishers appeared in this new journey of “New ideas – new possibilities”. Mr. Anjan Chowdhury, Managing Director of Mediacom, Chief Executive Officer Ajay Kumar Kundu and all members of the organization were present on the occasion.
In the conversation, Mr. Anjan Chowdhury once again reminded the most popular and established thing about Mediacom. Samson H. Chowdhury, the leader of Square, wanted the ‘Square Group’ of Bangladesh to be managed through the people of Bangladesh. Anjan Chowdhury, the founder and managing director of Mediacom, strongly wanted the reflection of his desire in Mediacom. As a result, even in 2023, Mediacom is a completely ‘Made in Bangladesh’ agency. According to Anjan Chowdhury, “In terms of branding, strategy, communication, media or advertising production, we started the journey of Mediacom from the belief that we have to trust ourselves instead of using foreign words. Over the past 25 years that belief has grown stronger. May the domestic advertising industry prosper in the coming days, let Mediacom move forward by opening all the doors to new possibilities with new ideas.
Mediacom which started with just 4 people today is a family of hundreds of people.
