National Baking Competition “Bake It Best” Initiated by ACI Pure Flour

ACI Pure Flour has launched a national baking competition called “Bake It Best” to discover potential bakers in the country. The brand has been established as a trustworthy name for baking in consumers’ minds, and this competition is aimed at encouraging and recognizing the country’s baking enthusiasts.

The competition will take place over three rounds. Anyone can participate in the first round by registering online and submitting pictures and the baking process of their dishes. Based on the online submissions, 50 participants will be selected for the semi-final round, where they must present their baked food in their respective divisions at a specific venue. The top 10 contestants will advance to the finals, where they will participate in live baking in Dhaka and make their best dish in front of renowned chefs from 5-star hotels.

The winner of the competition will receive BDT 1,00,000, while the 1st runner-up and 2nd runner-up will receive BDT 50,000 and BDT 30,000, respectively. The campaign was launched by Faria Yasmin, Business Director of ACI Pure Flour Limited, with the presence of other senior officials, Nazma Huda, Chairperson of International Training Institute of Culinary Arts (ITICA), and the judges of the competition – renowned chef Mohammad Abu Taleb and chef Asaduzzaman Noor.
