Akij Ceramics wins Bangladesh Innovation Award 2023

Akij Ceramics has been recognized for its contribution to the economy of Bangladesh through innovations, creations, and ideas.

The 5th Bangladesh Innovation Award acknowledged 49 innovations, with 26 winners and 23 honorable mentions, including Akij Ceramics.

The company won in the “Most Innovative Solution for Disabled People” category for its “Akij Ceramics Braille Tiles,” which enables visually impaired individuals to navigate spaces independently.

Akij Ceramics has been selling aspirations to end users by pursuing trendy lifestyles for all and incorporating innovative designs and surface textures into its products.

The company has consecutively won the Best Brand Award from Bangladesh Brand Forum from 2019 to 2022 and has been awarded as a Superbrand this year.

The recent achievement of the “Bangladesh Innovation Award 2023” further propels Akij Ceramics forward.

On February 18th, Mohammod Khourshed Alam, the Director of Sales and Marketing from Akij Ceramics, received the trophy from the State Minister of ICT Division, Zunaid Ahmed Palak, at the Bangladesh Innovation Conclave held at the Ballroom, Le Méridien Dhaka.

Other representatives from Akij Ceramics, including the DGM Mohammed Ashraful Haque, Head of Brand Shahjada Yeasir Arafat Shuvo, and Sr. Executive Anup Kumar Saha, as well as representatives from Rosa Sanitaryware, Akij Board and Akij Tableware, and ROSA Sanitaryware and Bathware were also present at the event.
