Robi launches e-SIM

Robi has introduced e-SIM to its customers, allowing both prepaid and postpaid customers to activate and manage Robi products and services directly from their smartphones.

The telecom operator announced in a media statement that customers can visit Robi Service Centre or apply online to complete the biometric verification process to avail themselves of e-SIM.

The virtual nature of e-SIM eliminates the risk of losing it, and users do not need to open their smartphones to access it.

Additionally, users can save multiple e-SIMs on their phones and access the e-SIM they need when required. If the QR code of the e-SIM is deleted, users can download it as many times as needed.

This highly secure smart technology is available to Robi users with e-SIM-enabled handsets.
