PUSTI-Prothom Alo School Debate Festival 2023

PUSTI-Prothom Alo School Debate Festival 2023 begins. This event is starting with preparations for 5 regional debate festivals in 35 districts and the capital across the country. This information was given in the preparatory meeting held at the Prothom Alo office in the capital’s Kawran Bazar yesterday on Wednesday.

The debate festival will be held in different phases in the next three months. The debate will be in the traditional manner. After 2018 PUSTI-Prothom Alo School Debate Festival is going to be held for the second time. The organizers said that the main objective of the festival is to bring out the best debaters from the educational institutions of the country.

PUSTI is a brand of TK Group. In the preparatory meeting, TK Group Head of Brand and Communications Mohammad Ibrahim Khalil said that debaters will play an important role in building the country in the future. The main objective of the organization is to create a conscious generation among the students through debate. He mentioned that this arrangement is not for any business purpose, but as a part of social responsibility.

Prothom Alo Bandhu Sabha Patron Anisul Haque, Prothom Alo Bandhu Sabha President Uttam Roy, Dhaka Metropolitan Bandhu Sabha President Hasina Mostafiz, Prothom Alo Event and Activation Department General Manager Arup Kumar Ghosh, Debate Festival Coordinator Saiduzzaman Roshan and Prothom Alo Head of Cultural Affairs Kabir Bakul were present in the preparatory meeting.

The members of various universities of the country expressed their opinion about this festival in the preparatory meeting. They hope to create a bridge between skilled debaters across the country through PUSTI-Prothom Alo School Debate Festival 2023.
