Job Responsibilities

• Capable to handle a team & knowledge of the entire Bangladesh market of Bread/ Biscuit/ Noodles/ & Cake item;
• To develop relationships with existing and new customers in order to maintain and grow the business;
• To focus and target various market require an additional sales force;
• Understand products/ commodities as per market and target customer base;
• Develops and implement the annual sales plan.
• Provides approvals on prices, discounts and incentives to be offered to customers;
• This is target oriented Job, so needs to have the ability to achieve month wise sales targets,
• Execute all sales activities as per the set plan of the organization,
• Regular follow-up sales orders and payment,
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market reports on sales and distribution and need to deliver to respective supervisors,
• Frequently visit different dealer points to promote and generate sales,
• Maintaining good relationships with distributors, field forces, and key outlets,
• Any other assignment given by the management from time to time.
