Job Context:
The Brand Executive is responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and position the company as a leader in the lifestyle industry in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the lifestyle market in Bangladesh and have experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, marketing, branding, and public relations. They will be creative, strategic, and results-oriented. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the company’s brand identity and positioning.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that will increase brand awareness, drive sales, and position the company as a leader in the lifestyle industry in Bangladesh.
• Manage the company’s social media presence and create engaging content that will attract and engage customers.
• Develop and manage the company’s website and online marketing campaigns.
• Plan and Forecast sales strategy in order to meet sales target.
• Track and analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Plan and supervise all the digital marketing campaigns through social media, Google AdWords, Blog, website and email etc. to increase companies brand awareness and lead generation.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the lifestyle industry.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the lifestyle industry.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
• Experience with website development and online marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
