Their services include web development, managed delivery, custom software development, dedicated team options, and UX design. Currently they are hiring Digital Marketing Specialist in Sales & Marketing department.

Job Responsibilities:

– Managing outreach marketing campaigns across channels like Cold Email and LinkedIn outreach (Tools: Reply.io/ Lemlist/ instantly.ai).
– Conducting research with prospecting tools and analyzing data to identify and define target audiences (Apollo.io/ LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
– Collaboration with different marketing agencies to execute Google PPC and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.

Compensation:

Competitive monthly allowance of up to 40,000 BDT (based on your level of expertise).

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum of 1 to 2+ years of proven work experience as a digital marketing specialist or in a similar role at the mid-level.
– Experience working with CRM systems and other relevant tools such as Pipedrive and Calendly.
– Skill in communicating with prospective clients and arranging meetings.
– Knowledge of modern marketing techniques & media buying (Facebook Ads and Google Ads).
