Solaric is a leading renewable energy development company. It offers innovative engineering solutions and financial options for large-scale industrial rooftop solar projects in Bangladesh. Solaric is seeking an experienced sales professional to join as DGM in Sales & Marketing department, to help drive Industrial rooftop solar sales. In this role you will be an Marketing background with MBA and work directly with our Business Development Team, Ideal candidates will be highly self-motivated, sales-enabling initiatives, Corporate communication, documentation and knowledgeable about commercial product/solar.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead generation and develop new rooftop solar projects
• Sales lead with industrial clients (B2B) and close the deal.
• Develop the Marketing strategy and plans to deliver increased brand awareness, brand preference, and loyalty, as well as helping the growth of sales.
• Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Candidate should be capable to build up rope with the management there. Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
• Develop targeted tactical and branding integrated marketing (Digital Marketing, Social Media, Events etc) primarily to effectively generate leads.
• Strong networking ability and the ability to constantly expand your customer base.
• Should be capable to identify prospective new clients.
• OpEx/CapEx model analysis for clients.
• Ability to prepare proposals and presentations for clients.
