SQ Trading & Engineering (SQ Agriculture), a valued concern of SQ Group, the best agro Chemicals methods to assists the farmers in choosing a balanced mixture of fertilizers for their land and encourages them to use organic bio fertilizers and also marketing of insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, and miticides, among other things. SQ Trading & Engineering is hiring Territory Sales Officer/ Sr. Territory Sales Officer (Fertilizer & Pesticide). They are looking for young, capable, energetic, dynamic, motivated change makers to promote our sales initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare sales action plans, strategies & schedule sales activity
- Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare timely sales reports
- Ensure satisfactory customer services through performing quality checks on product and service delivery
- Lead the work with the marketing team
- Arrange & conduct various meetings, product demonstrations, and promotional activities on the existing/new products to develop product awareness
- Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients
- Maintain all sales record and sending monthly sales report in head office.
- Demand creation to farmer’s level Finding real dealer/clients and creating new market.
- Arranging farmers meeting and others necessary meeting with DAE (district offices).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual sales and collection budget.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Agriculture, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Communication, Customer Relation, fertilizer and pesticide, Handling Distributors or Dealers, Sales & Marketing
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 32 years
