Concord Architects & Interior Decor Limited is a concern of Concord Group and accountable for all types of aesthetic works for all projects of Concord since 1996. The company is looking for a self-driven, enthusiastic & morally strong sales personnel for its marketing operations. The appropriate candidate should have the ability of building a strong relationship with the prospective clients to increase sales potentials and increase brand awareness.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plan, marketing brief, brand strategies
- Analyse, develop and execute strategic marketing plan, pricing model to optimize profitability
- Work with advertising agencies from idea generation to execution (if needed)
- Plan, execute and monitor the implementation of promotional campaigns and marketing activities (online/ offline)
- Assist supervisor in developing brand plan, marketing plan and budget.
- Assist the team in achieving marketing objectives, maintain a strong liaison with all stakeholders.
- Researching and analysing market trends and competitor activity.
- Establishing budgets, performance specifications and sales estimates.
- Make decisions about the cost of branding and analysing.
- Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
- Oversee social media accounts and ensure brand consistency.
- Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROl.
- Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.
- Create designs and layouts for media outlets.
- Collaborating with different teams such as marketing, creative, legal, etc.
- All other duties as directed by the Management.

Educational Requirements
- BBA/MBA major in Marketing (Brand Management) from any reputed university with good academic record.
- Skills Required: Excellent presentation and communication skills, Negotiation Skills, Sales & Marketing, Well Skilled in MS office (MS Word

Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- At least 2 years of experience in an Interior Design firm and a strong understanding of the Interior market with proven success in a competitive sales environment.
- Proven record of accomplishment within the interiors industry and experienced in dealing with residential & commercial clients.
- Experience networking among the real estate development, construction and design/architecture community in Dhaka or Chattogram.
- Functional Competencies: (Technical and Professional Knowledge and Skills for the Role)
- Practical knowledge on customer service & the procedure.
- Sound knowledge on sales process, payment procedure and agreement.
- Advance MS Excel knowledge.
