Tyger Media, a pioneering media-tech company, has recently secured $150,000 in seed funding from local investors. The company is renowned for its prominent role as the parent entity behind Cablgram and Nutshell Today. According to an official press release, Tyger Media is now embarking on a new endeavor to establish and oversee a third compact media vertical in the Bangla market.

One of their imminent undertakings, named Robyn, aspires to function as a central hub for creative minds across the nation, effectively bridging the gap between local artists and international clients. The company places a strong emphasis on enhancing the accessibility and digestibility of news and content for the contemporary and time-pressed readers. This endeavor revolves around the concept of delivering concise news with a focus on topics that resonate with the younger demographic.

While both Nutshell Today and Cablgram initially began as separate ventures in August 2020, they subsequently merged in September 2021, giving rise to the parent entity, Tyger Media. Presently, both verticals collectively amass approximately 1 crore monthly viewers across their respective social media platforms.

The helm of the company is steered by its CEO and co-founder, Shadman Sharar Haque. Complementing him, the additional co-founders—including Ibnul Earfan, Arshad Uzzaman, Shazzadul Haque Rafi, and Tanzil Kabir—occupy key executive roles within the organization.
