Dhaka Thai Ltd. is hiring Assistant Manager for Branding and Communications
Dhaka Thai Ltd, established in 1997, is Bangladesh’s top aluminum producer, excelling with Italian tech anodizing, skilled workforce, and quality products. Dhaka Thai Ltd. is currently looking for experienced Branding and Communications expert for Assistant Manager, Brand and Communication, Position who will effectively and efficiently formulate, implement and monitor appropriate branding and communication strategies in line with the vision of the company. Who will develop and design concepts and increase the brand capabilities of the company in the national and international stages.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software. Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
- Develop strategies and manage branding campaigns across different platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
- Develop and execute digital product branding strategies aimed at communicating our brand message across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
- Develop as well as execute specific communications guidelines and templates in accordance with the goals and visions of the company.
- Monitor social media engagement and analytics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of branding to maintain consistency in branding.
- Meet with clients and work with Trade Sales & Marketing, Corporate Sales Team, Business Development Team and colleagues across multiple departments of the company.
- Prepare and implement an appropriate marketing plan ATL, BTL & Digital Platform for newly assigned and existing products.
- Build relationships with influencers, journalists and media outlets.
- Oversee social media accounts and ensure brand consistency. Prepare periodical reports/presentations
- Visit, check and maintain outdoor branding assets regularly
- All other duties as directed by the Higher Management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Skills Required: Promotion and Branding, Strong communication skills
Experience Requirements
- 8 to 10 year(s)

Brand communication strategy, Brand Marketing, Brand Promotion and Development, Effective Communication, Graphics Design, Promotion and Branding, Social Media Management, Video Editor & Graphics designer - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 30 years
- Candidates experienced on aluminium or building materials industry will get preference
- Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
- Creative thinker and problem solver, able to identify long-term opportunities and trends.
- Proven hands-on experience in branding and communication as an Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager in relevant field.
- Should have excellent communication and presentation skills both in English and Bengali.
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Power Point/Word.
- Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solves problems quickly and communicates clearly.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic.
- An overall “CAN DO” attitude.
