Primitek Group is a renowned export-oriented garments accessories manufacturing company in Bangladesh. For the business expansion, they are inviting business-oriented employees who have must working experience with all types of polymer materials (PP Film, PP injection, PP yarn, PPCP, PPRCP, LLDPE Film, MLLDPE Film, HDPE Yearn, HDPE injection, HIPS, GPPS, PET, Resign, PVC resin) Items corporate sales & marketing.

Job Responsibilities

To plan, organize, implement and monitor sales and marketing activities in regular basis.
Responsible for achieving primary and secondary sales targets as management demand.
To lead on implementation, reporting and reviewing of the strategic and
operational sales & marketing plans to drive sales and revenue.
To provide strategic marketing and sales guidance.
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
Assist management in developing business strategies.
To Ensure Excellence in the distribution channel national wide.
Maintain strong interpersonal relationships with key accounts.
Control operating costs and optimize to obtain company profit.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor degree in any discipline
Preferred BBA/MBA in marketing from any reputed public or private university.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 year(s)
