Platinum Group is hiring Manager/Sr. Manager for Marketing & Sales
Platinum Group, a Dynamic & Promising Organization aspires to expand its business through contributing in the real estate sector. The Organization is strongly moving forward to strengthen the real estate housing system of Bangladesh. Therefore, the company is looking forward to hire some qualified working partners for Platinum City (1 & 2), Apartment, Condominium, Brokerage, Construction & Interior Division.
Job Responsibilities
- To recognize business opportunities by identifying prospects and nurture them to convert into new clients.
- Maintain congenial relationship with existing clients to source out further opportunities.
- Monitor the team members’ activities & performance, motivate and lead them to reach targets.
- Submit periodical (weekly, monthly) team activities report to the management.
- Forecast periodical (i.e. monthly, quarterly and annual) sales & Collection target.
- Ensure achievement of sales target & collection through team effort.
- Plan & implement various sales promotion in coordination with Branding & Digital Marketing team.
- Appraise periodical performance of the team members and prepare performance report to analyze for further improvements.
- Perform competitor analysis of real estate market trends on regular basis and suggest for any sales strategy changes in order to cope up with market demand.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Master’s degree preferably Major in Marketing from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 33 to 40 years
- The applicant should have minimum 10 years’ (in which 3 years in relevant position) experience in Real Estate & Development sector.
- Should have excellent leadership, negotiation & communication skill.
- Ready to work under stress & pressure.
- Must be proactive and self-motivated.
- Should have sound computer proficiency specially in MS Office Package.
- Excellent interpersonal skill and good command over written & spoken English.
