Miniso Bangladesh Ltd. is hiring Executive – Brand Activation
Miniso Bangladesh Ltd. A business concern of Evince Group and an eminent global retail chain operating across the world and world`s fastest growing retail chain is steering its operation in Bangladesh, is looking for suitable candidates to work in its Brand Activation Department.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing branding plan as yearly for Miniso aligning with activities initially with the marketing & communications department. Constant communication with top Management, other departments, franchisees and relevant vendors.
- Developing strong branding and media strategies month on month to drive demand; Enhance awareness & visibility.
- Addressing all Brand partnerships/Collaboration prospects, aligned with other operational department’s coordination.
- Working closely on the strategic brand planning & design for Bangladesh market along with the Top management member as well as liaison with in place expats from Miniso Global team.
- Streamline and connect the agency with Miniso as a middle person for branding and various campaigns, promotion, printing purposes.
- Work closely with agency for branding strategies, designs and communications in regards to brand establishment of Miniso.
- Prepare, analyse & submit Comprehensive Brand Plan to Line Supervisor for any particular Store as per Supervisor’s direction weekly/ fortnightly/ monthly for Miniso .
- He/she will ensure category wise branding & activation plan with necessary budgets and analysis for Miniso . Execute the plan with necessary management approval and finish the campaign within timeline with proper follow up and update.
- Planning, Managing all sponsorship or collaboration events, campaigns, branding and public relations.
- Manage external parties during brand campaigns, like Models, Print Vendors, Franchisees, Newspaper Companies and Video team.
- Lead, communicate, collaborate and ensure the brand campaign management with all Franchisee partners to ensure uniform Brand language for all Miniso store.
- He/she must submit Footfall Comparison report in accordance to various promotions such as SMS marketing, banner, leaflet, brochure etc.
- Design & place necessary sticker, posters, visuals, POP & other materials inside the store maintaining Miniso standard within given timeline.
- Arrange campaign like press interviews, seminars trade shows, TV Interviews, loyalty programs, sponsorship activity for branding purpose

- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Activation, Brand Communication, Brand Management, Brand Planning/ Development, Branding - Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 30 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Must be able to work under pressure, smooth negotiation ability with internal and external customer. Multi-function skill is pre-requisite criteria for this position.
- Good computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook etc.) applications. Must be proficient in using graphics design software.
- Must have good communication skills in Bengali & English
