The National Export Trophy (Gold) has been awarded to Bengal Plastics Limited for an impressive 15 consecutive times, while Bengal Poly and Paper Sack has twice received the National Export Trophy (Bronze), in recognition of their significant contributions to the country’s export sector during the 2020-21 financial year.
73 firms have been recognized with this award for their exceptional contributions to national export revenue during the same fiscal period. On November 8, Commerce Minister Tipu Munshi expressed his appreciation and congratulations to the awardees for boosting the national economy through their export activities.
The trophies were accepted by Md. Jashim Uddin, Vice-Chairman of Bengal Plastics Limited, and Mr. Firoz Alam, Managing Director of Bengal Poly and Paper Sack Limited, respectively.

The award ceremony for National Export Trophy 2020-2021 was hosted by the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB), where Commerce Minister Tipu Munshi was present as chief guest. FBCCI President Mahbubul Alam attended as a special guest, while Tapan Kanti Ghosh, Senior Secretary from the Ministry of Commerce, chaired the event.
