Bengal Plastics Ltd., a company of the Bengal Group of Industries, is the largest export-oriented hanger manufacturing company in Bangladesh. The company is looking for a marketing and brand manager for the hanger segment. As a Marketing and Brand Manager, your role is pivotal in shaping and maintaining our brand`s identity and driving business growth. You will craft brand strategies that resonate with our target audience, collaborate with design teams, and ensure consistent brand messaging. Additionally, you`ll develop product positioning, create go-to-market plans, and generate high-quality marketing collateral. Your responsibilities extend to collaborating with sales and customer support teams, executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing product performance. You`ll work closely with cross-functional teams, aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a compelling brand identity across all touchpoints.
 - Craft brand strategies that resonate with our target audience and align with our company’s mission and values.
 - Collaborate with design teams to create brand assets, including logos, visuals, and brand guidelines.
 - Ensure consistent and clear brand messaging in all marketing materials and channels.
 - Develop and refine product positioning and messaging to effectively communicate product value.
 - Create go-to-market plans for product launches and coordinate cross-functional teams.
 - Generate high-quality marketing collateral, including sales materials, presentations, and product documentation.
 - Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to provide the necessary tools and information for success.
 - Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive product adoption and customer engagement.
 - Analyze product performance and customer feedback to make data-driven improvements.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to achieve common objectives.
 - Coordinate marketing efforts to align with business goals and objectives.
 - Monitor and analyze global market trends and changes in the US and UK markets.
 - Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market shifts, and competitor activities.
 - Gather relevant market data and insights to inform business development strategies.
 - Categorize potential clients based on their business category and specialization.
 - Identify and understand the specific items or products that potential clients may require.
 - Collaborate with brands to negotiate pricing and secure profitable business deals.
 - Develop and maintain positive relationships with brands and suppliers.
 - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through nomination development.
 - Cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners to expand the company’s network.
 - Utilize digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
 - Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
 
Educational Requirements
- M. Com/MBA/BBA any public university or reputed private university
 - Skills Required: Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Market Research, strategic thinking and planning skills, Team Leadership

- 4 to 8 year(s)
