ShareTrip is looking for Business Development Executive

ShareTrip a larg travel-tech company in Bangladesh are on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Executive to spearhead partner acquisition, fueling our growth and expanding horizons.

Responsibilities

– Research, identify, and target prospective partner businesses or partners whose products or services align with ShareTrip’s goals and customer base
– Establish relationships with potential partners by effectively communicating the value proposition, benefits, and unique selling points of the Share Trip platform or services
– Negotiate and finalise deals, handle objections, and close agreements with potential partners, ensuring terms and conditions align with ShareTrip objectives while addressing partner needs
– Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding and integration process for new partners. Ensure seamless transitions and understanding of ShareTrip’s tools and services
– Stay updated on market trends, industry changes, and competitor activities. Use this information to adapt and optimise partner acquisition strategies
– Monitor and analyse key metrics related to partner acquisition efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team for continuous improvement
– Provide necessary training, support, and materials to partners as needed, ensuring they understand and maximise the services offered by ShareTrip

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
– Proven experience in sales, business development, or Partner acquisition, preferably in a relevant industry or sector
– Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
– Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and sales strategies
– Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and across various levels of the organisation
