PUSTI, one of the leading consumer brands of Bangladesh from house of T.K. Group is Hiring Credit Control Officer at Dhaka Head Office.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily cheque processing, dishonored cheques, and cash receipts.
• Approving delivery schedules based on credit limits.
• Monitoring and reporting on customer credit limits and any discrepancies.
• Handling customer accounts, hierarchy, and necessary credit limit adjustments.
• Calculating sales commissions, managing product rates, and remittances.
• Handling free calculations, addressing product damages, and issuing credit memos.
• Monthly monitoring of party activity and management of incentives.
• Processing bank guarantees, conducting reconciliations, and managing receivables.
• Following up on overdue cheques and completing assigned tasks.
• Performing any additional tasks assigned by Management.

Requirements

• MBA/M.Com in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Maximum 30 Years of Age.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
