Akij Bakers Ltd. was established by Akij Insaf Group in 2020. Since its beginning, Akij Bakers Ltd has been constantly trying to come up with new, healthy, delicious products considering the tastes of the people of this country. Currently, they are looking for Deputy Manager for Sales Operations.
Responsibilities & Context
- Preparing & maintaining monthly sales reports, point wise sales & order report.
- Preparing & maintaining field force incentive and target submission in ERP software.
- Preparing & maintaining field force grading report and monitor low performer.
- Maintaining monthly sales report and updating customer records. checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicating important feedback from customers internally.
- Ensuring sales targets are met and report an y deviations.
- Staying up-to-date with new products and features
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience
- At least 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 30 years
- The candidate should have at least 5 years experience in Sales Admin on any reputed food industry specially in bakery industry
