Praava Health is looking for a creative Brand Manager to lead its Brand team.

Praava exists to provide a better patient experience. They are a one-stop-shop for your health, offering caring doctors, world-class diagnostics and much more. Praava Health is looking for a creative Brand Manager to lead its Brand team.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Develop Brands Strategies, Oversee Brand Health, Grow Revenue, and Lead Creative Communications-

  • Be the custodian of the brand to drive not only growth of the Praava brand but also drive business growth through brand initiatives
  • Develop creative strategies for Praava Health to innovate across channels with creative content and campaigns
  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Shape and communicate our vision and mission
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Manage the brand team consisting of designers, copywriters, activation and PR staff
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
  • Measure and report performance of brand campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
  • Devise innovative growth strategies
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams-

  • Collaborate closely with members of the Digital, Marketing, Analytics, and Sales groups to grow Praava’s business through brand campaigns
  • Support cross-functional teams with brand and design related work
  • Attend meetings relating cross-functional work processes and as it relates to Praava Health
  • Attend client meetings as related to contracted design consultants and agencies
  • Translate work requests from upper management and other departments to brand team to initiate work process
  • Present campaign plans and brand communications work to Praava stakeholders

Qualification:

  • A relevant degree (on subject matter) from a reputed institute or demonstrated work experience and projects in lieu of relevant degree.

Experience:

  • At Least 7 years of experience in brand management or marketing with 3 years of experience managing a team consists of designers, PR & content writers.
