The company values leadership that builds a brand and prioritizes team members as key contributors to its continuous development. SWISH.GLOBAL is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure a strong return on investment (ROI) by providing insightful information to the management for investment and financial decision making.
- Compare sales & profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
- Plan and implement proper accounting strategies in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Ensure regulatory compliance such as VAT, TAX, RJSC, BIDA, Labor authority, Bangladesh Bank etc. in the organization.
- Product costing, Contribution Margin (CM) analysis, Break Even Point (BEP) analysis.
- Analyze reports to check the company’s financial health, and explaining the key findings to management with proposal to maintain financial health of the company
- Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.
- Oversee the financial management policies and accounts personnel of China office.
- Ensure Company’s Banking operations (both domestic and abroad) safe, properly executed, monitored and reconciled.
- Oversee export, import documents.
- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports of Group.
- Arrange to keep records and documents related to Board meetings and General meetings of the shareholders.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking
- Charted Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accounts of Bangladesh.
Experience Required
- At least 12 years
Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 55 years
- Good knowledge in import, export and International finance.
- Sound knowledge in global market and investment.
- Excellent leadership skills, with personal integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience of supervising foreign nationals, will be an added advantage.
