Meridian Foods Ltd. is a well-renowned and local FMCG company engaged in production and distribution of Snacks, Confectionary & other food items. Currently they are looking for a dynamic, hard working and intelligent candidate for the position- Assistant Manager/Manager – Brand
Job Responsibilities
- Plan on Market Development (Brand and Trade Marketing) Strategy to Increase Market Share and Company Profit per SBU in line with strategy and targets and within budget
- Analyze sales trend of company/ industry & identify new market opportunity to implement successful marketing plan that ensure the sustainable business growth
- Follow up and analyze competitive price, promotion, coverage and sales report
- Prepare annual promotional (ATL, BTL & TTL) budget, implement monthly and ensure execution on time Develop & execute effective promotional strategies (Brand, consumer and trade) to boost sales and increase customer satisfaction
- Maintain media relationship to supervise advertising and maintain advertising and promotional campaign
- Conduct market research to assess competition, explore new market opportunities and place recommendations for new products introduction or improvement of existing products
- Track products’ movement in different regions and designing promotion to achieve company goals
- Train marketing and sales team to increase their knowledge regarding products, merchandising and develop their selling skills thus increase overall productivity
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management
Educational Requirements
- BBA/MBA (Major in Marketing)
Experience Required
- 6 to 8 years
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 6-8 year(s) of experience in Brand & Trade Marketing Management of a FMCG Company
- Good analytical ability for evaluation of marketing activities
- Good communication skill
