Epyllion Group is hiring Assistant General Manager – Sales & Marketing (For Garments Accessories)

Responsibilities & Context
Formulate the Strategic direction for the Business Growth in line with the Business KPI’s and the Overall Strategic Priorities of the Company;
Establish the Operational Framework and the resources & structure the Strategic Framework and Strategic time and Action Plan in collaboration with the Management;
Ensure the achievement of annual sales plan;
Develop new clients & engage with the various stakeholders (Buyers – Customers – Suppliers – Production Team etc.) and assess the potential growth opportunities & on time delivery of quality products;
Formulate policies, procedures relating to Sales & Marketing to promote sales of products and services;
Ensure business nomination from buyers to be a buyer nominated suppliers;
Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings and develop product diversification;
Research on improved and efficient solutions for Customer for increasing brand value of company;
Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations and return on investment;
Follow-up the customer observations and ensure necessary correction;
Ensure collection of L/C acceptance, monitor credit realization and clean knowledge on bonded warehouse operation in Bangladesh;
Develop pricing strategies, balancing company objectives and customer satisfaction;
Assess the effectiveness and contribution of Upskilling and Capability Development initiatives and interventions of Team members to improve productivity and performance and minimize downtime;
Lead, direct, monitor, appraise & train up subordinates; Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience
- At least 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in Garments Accessories
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 38 years
- The incumbent should have at least 3 years work experience in similar role with large garments accessories industry in BD.
- Experienced in Buyer nomination approval processing.
- Having good knowledge about accessories product (Carton, Poly bag, Narrow Fabric, Label, Hang Tag, Gum Tape, Plastic Accessories & Printing Press) & current market.
- Having excellent communication skill & pleasant personality.
- Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
- Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
- Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
