Bangladesh Thalassemia Foundation is a non profit organization working on prevention and treatment of thalassemia.
Responsibilities
- We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging.
- Analyze and interpret data from digital marketing campaigns to evaluate performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)·
- Marketing Plan: Design, schedule, and execute the Marketing activities as per the Marketing plan agreed upon with the brands.
- Awareness Programs: Develop and implement educational initiatives to raise awareness about the importance of prevention of Thalassemia, blood donation, dispelling myths, addressing concerns, and highlighting its life-saving impact.
- Produce well-researched content from the event for publication online (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, website, and other platforms) and in print.
- Fundraising Campaigns: Strategize and conduct fundraising campaigns and events, including charity events, online crowdfunding, and donation drives.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with organizations (public and private) to garner support for blood donation initiatives through partnerships, sponsorships, or in-kind support.
- Press Release: manage and implement launch events: selection of the venue, production of the set-up, monitoring of the budget, guests list, prepare and send PR releases to editors for the main launches.
- Print Media Plan: Deal with Media communication such as electronic media, print media, outdoor and indoor branding.
- Assist to develop innovative concepts for different promotional materials like logos, leaflets, flyers, banners, show cards, brochures, layout etc. Edit videos, static graphic content mainly focused on social media marketing.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience
- 5 to 10 years
