Duties & Responsibilities
• Receive and understand brief(s) from client(s)/ account management and/ or supervisor
• Design questionnaire/ discussion guide for quantitative/ qualitative research respectively
• Conduct Online research
• Go to Field visit i.e., Market visit/ household visit/ factory visit
• Conduct Visual research
• Write document(s)
• Develop and deliver presentations to client(s)/ account management and/ or supervisor
• Assist the Supervisor(s)/ Director(s) in developing strategies and brand campaigns for assigned clients
• Proactively seek feedback and participate in training programs.
• Keeping track of work and schedules
Educational Requirements
Minimum bachelors’ degree in any discipline
Experience required
3-5 years
Other requirements
• Prior knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and experience working in strategic planning as a supervisor or a senior executive (no lower than that)
• Ability to read and understand different types of reports e.g., sales reports, consumer trend reports etc.
• Capable of handling local and global brands as well as leading small-scale pitches
• Very well skilled in both verbal and oral communication also fluent in English
• Ability to work under pressure maintaining strict deadlines
• Ability to prioritize work
• Good analytical and problem-solving capability
• Proficient in MS Office application suite, especially in PowerPoint
