Grameenphone is hiring Brand Manager – Digital Services

Purpose of the Role:

This role directly reports to the Head of Evolved Portfolio. Incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end brand management of assigned portfolio from planning to execution in collaboration with relevant product and delivery functions.

Organization: Marketing, Commercial

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own & craft portfolio marketing strategy in alignment with Company Strategy and Brand Strategy
  • Devise marketing roadmap for each product of the portfolio to drive intended business outcome
  • Lead 360 GTM (go to market) communication as per roadmap for the Portfolio
  • Utilize all marketing channels i.e., ATL, BTL, Digital, Retail, alternative etc. as needed for the portfolio
  • Co-create communication collaterals with creative, digital and activation agencies
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices
  • Ensure timely execution and compliance to all relevant process
  • Strongly collaborate across and beyond the organization
  • Explore, experiment with and adopt new ways of marketing
  • Study industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors’ content strategies to stay ahead in the market
  • Own portfolio marketing budget and ensure efficient implementation
  • Manage relevant external stakeholders and agencies
  • Define strategic partnership and collaboration scopes and scout relevant partners for various marketing projects as per need

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree: marketing/brand concentration will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with direct working experience in Brands/ Marketing
