Olympic Industries is the largest manufacturer, distributor and marketer of biscuits in Bangladesh from 1979. Currently they are looking for Assistant Brand Manager in their team.
Responsibilities & Context
- Analyzing data for trends, insights and information;
- Preparing Marketing Plan and Execution;
- New Product Development;
- Managing budgets to support branding efforts;
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively;
- Overseeing social media accounts and ensure brand consistency;
- Prepare necessary marketing intelligence report;
- Collaborate with creative agencies and vendors.
Educational Requirements
BBA & MBA (Major in Marketing) from a reputed University.
Experience
- 4 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in Manufacturing (FMCG)
Additional Requirements
- 3-4 Years’ proven work experience in the Core Brand Team in a reputed organization. Candidate from FMCG (food lndustry) will get preference.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
- Good negotiation skill.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Should be energetic, proactive, result oriented and hard working.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Data Analytical, Customer Trend Analysis, Market research, Business Knowledge.
- Biased to action, Team Player, Attention to detail.
- Should have good knowledge at Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- High level of professional integrity.
