Swiss Quality Paper(BD)Limited a company of TANAKA Group, is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join their team as a Manager, Sales & Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing within Writing and Printing paper.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Daily, Monthly & Yearly activities reporting to the superiors by using Wechat, WhatsApp, and other organizational tools.
• Searching for new customers.
• Winning corporate customer tender; achieving sales targets and objectives as per budget.
• Market visits, Client hunts, Tele & Email marketing regularly to create market opportunities.
• Maintain current up-to-date knowledge about writing & printing paper.
