Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Execution
- Assist in shaping the Cocojoy brand narrative across digital and offline platforms
- Lead branding initiatives, campaign launches, and seasonal promotions
- Work closely with design and creative teams to maintain consistent brand voice
- Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Develop content calendars, digital campaigns, and influencer collaborations
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key KPIs (reach, engagement, ROAS)
- Stay ahead of F&B trends, viral moments, and competitor activityTrade & Retail Marketing
- Coordinate POSM, visibility tools, and in-store activations
- Collaborate with Sales team on regional marketing plans and events
- Ensure strong product presence across modern trade & general trade
- Consumer Insights & ResearchConduct surveys, gather feedback, and analyze consumer behavior
- Track competitor positioning and market movement
- Turn insights into actionable brand decisionsVendor & Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with agencies, event partners, designers, and printersManage budgets and ensure timely execution of projects
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience
- 4 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in Food (Packaged)/Beverage
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
