Power Generation for National Power Grid of Bangladesh, Manufacture Electric Meter, Energy Savings Bulb and Electrical Equipments etc. This reputed and nationwide electric meter manufacturing company is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, result-oriented, qualified, and committed professional for Marketing Manager position for Hosaf Meter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the marketing and sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand visibility and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, service and support.
  • Oversee regular visits to dealers and key clients to nurture and strengthen business relationships.
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and market analysis to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

Education
  • Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Marketing
  • Candidates having MBA majoring in Marketing
  • Educational qualifications may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
  • Computer literacy in relevant areas is a must.
Experience
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies
Additional Requirements
  • Age 30 to 35 years
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the electrical or electronic meter industry and marketing of electrical/electronic meter, prepaid meter, water meter etc.
  • Prior leadership or team management experience is an added advantage.
