Sheba Platform is looking for a Strategic Growth & Partnership Executive who’s passionate about fintech, strategic by nature, and execution-driven. Salary:
- BDT 40,000 – 70,000 (Negotiable)
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions
- Launch next-gen fintech features: payments, wallets, bill pay, credit & more
- Negotiate deals and drive impactful growth projects
- Translate user needs into tech plans with our Product & Tech teams
- Analyze market trends & build data-driven business strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to bring fintech ideas to life
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in fintech or financial services
- Strong analytical, project management & communication skills
- Familiar with tools like Jira, ClickUp, Canva, Figma, Illustrator
- Bonus: Knowledge of FMCG value chains & fintech market dynamics
