Position Overview:
As a Transaction Services Analyst in HSBC’s Global Trade Solutions team, you will play a key role in delivering smooth and secure trade operations while supporting the bank’s product development and strategic initiatives. You will ensure best-in-class client service, trade transaction support, and regulatory compliance in a highly dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver superior customer service by ensuring high operational performance across trade activities

Support implementation of strategic initiatives and operational enhancements in line with business goals

Manage trade operations with high transactional complexity and volume

Develop and maintain strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Act as a trade service ambassador to ensure alignment with Commercial Banking (CMB) and Global Banking & Markets (GBM) priorities

Provide expert guidance and trade advice to clients, ensuring seamless transactional support

Take ownership of personal development through training, performance tracking, and continuous learning

Demonstrate HSBC values and culture through behaviour, actions, and decision-making
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from a public or private university

Prior experience in banking operations, preferably in trade finance or related areas

Knowledge of trade regulations, policies, and guidelines is preferred

Ability to manage inter-departmental communications and resolve issues with professionalism

Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
