Position Overview:

As a Transaction Services Analyst in HSBC’s Global Trade Solutions team, you will play a key role in delivering smooth and secure trade operations while supporting the bank’s product development and strategic initiatives. You will ensure best-in-class client service, trade transaction support, and regulatory compliance in a highly dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior customer service by ensuring high operational performance across trade activities

  • Support implementation of strategic initiatives and operational enhancements in line with business goals

  • Manage trade operations with high transactional complexity and volume

  • Develop and maintain strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

  • Act as a trade service ambassador to ensure alignment with Commercial Banking (CMB) and Global Banking & Markets (GBM) priorities

  • Provide expert guidance and trade advice to clients, ensuring seamless transactional support

  • Take ownership of personal development through training, performance tracking, and continuous learning

  • Demonstrate HSBC values and culture through behaviour, actions, and decision-making

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a public or private university

  • Prior experience in banking operations, preferably in trade finance or related areas

  • Knowledge of trade regulations, policies, and guidelines is preferred

  • Ability to manage inter-departmental communications and resolve issues with professionalism

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
