Position Overview:
As a Territory Officer, you’ll play a key role in implementing trade marketing and distribution strategies within your assigned territory. You will support channel partners and retailers to enhance sales, optimize field operations and ensure effective rollout of Banglalink’s products and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and implement an effective territory distribution plan

Supervise daily activities of distributor field teams and trade marketing staff

Evaluate distributor performance (ROI, sales productivity) and provide guidance

Monitor Retail Sales Officer activities and the visibility of POS materials

Analyze retailer profitability and ensure optimal partner performance

Support trade awareness by gathering market intelligence and competitor insights

Identify and acquire new retailers, especially in low utilization sites

Track trends in new activations, top-ups, scratch cards and mobile wallets

Ensure daily recharge targets are met across distributor and retailer networks

Collect and submit necessary documentation from retailers within deadline
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree from a UGC‑approved university
Experience: Fresh graduates strongly encouraged; prior experience in distribution sales or trade marketing is a plus
Skills:
Basic knowledge of distribution sales and trade marketing
Understanding of market demographics and field operationProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to be placed anywhere in Bangladesh
