Global Brand Hisense has signed a strategic agreement with Daraz, the country’s no.1 e-commerce platform through Fair Electronics, the authorized manufacturer and distributor of Hisense products in Bangladesh. This is a landmark step toward transforming the digital retail experience in Bangladesh.
Hisense is the official partner of FIFA Club World Cup 2025 and Globally no.1 in 100 inch plus TV category.
Mr. Ben Yi, Managing Director & CEO, Daraz Bangladesh & Chief Commercial Officer, Daraz Group handed over the agreement to Fair Group Chairman, Md Ruhul Alam Al Mahbub.
Mr. Mutassim Daiaan, Director, Fair Group remarked, “This partnership will enable millions of customers to access globally renowned Hisense consumer electronics with the click of a button, directly from the new “Hisense- Fair Electronics” Flagship Store on Daraz.”

Through this collaboration, Daraz and Fair Electronics aim to enhance accessibility, affordability, and customer satisfaction by offering Hisense’s innovative product lineup – from televisions and refrigerators to air conditioners and home appliances – online across Bangladesh.
With online buying becoming increasingly popular in Bangladesh, this initiative reflects the evolving shopping habits of modern consumers and highlights the power of partnerships between global technology brands and local market leaders.
The signing ceremony, held at Fair Group’s office in Dhaka, was attended by senior leadership from all three organizations.

Mr. Jason Wang, GM of Hisense South Asia Office and Mr. Terry Liang, Sales Director of Hisense South Asia Office were present among others from Hisense International. Fair Group CMO, Mohammed Mesbah Uddin, CFO,Kazi Nasir Uddin, Head of Business Strategy Rayan Rahman and Head of Marketing J M Taslim Kabir were also present at the event.
A H M Hasinul Quddus, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and Kamrul Hasan, Commercial Director of Daraz Bangladesh joined the agreement signing ceremony.
