Excited to work with trusted brands like Savlon and ACI Aerosol? ACI Consumer Brands is looking for an energetic and experienced Sr. / Territory Manager to lead regional sales and drive growth across Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities:

Set area-wise targets, monitor expenses, and lead tour programs for Field Force.

Plan and conduct sales meetings, evaluate performance, and guide team development.

Execute sales operations, launch products, and implement promotions.

Conduct regular market analysis and provide strategic feedback.

Build strong networks with traders, distributors, and end-users.

Ensure zero-level credit notes/overdues and provide excellent after-sales service.

Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve professional excellence.

Stay updated on competitors and maintain transparent customer communication.
Requirements:

BBA/MBA or equivalent from a reputed university.

Minimum 1 year of experience in any leading national or MNC FMCG company.

Age: Maximum 34 years.
