Role Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Territory Sales Officers to join our team. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong dealer networks, and managing sales teams to drive FMCG growth in retail markets across Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Recruit, train, and guide Sales Officers (SO).

Manage distribution channels and sales teams effectively.
-
Select and manage distributors to optimize coverage.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a Govt.-approved institution.

2–3 years’ experience in FMCG retail sales preferred.

Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication and team-building skills.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Age not above 32 years.
