Position: Territory Officer / Territory Manager – Sales
Locations: Chattogram, Bogura, Rajshahi, Dinajpur, Sylhet, Faridpur, Tangail

About the Role

ACI Motors, the sole distributor of Liqui Moly (Germany’s #1 engine oil & additives brand) in Bangladesh, is expanding its nationwide sales force. We are looking for dynamic, passionate, and experienced sales professionals who can drive growth and strengthen our brand presence across multiple territories.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for engine oils, additives, and lubricants in the assigned territory.
Dealer/Distributor Management: Onboard, manage, and expand a strong dealer and retail shop network, including garage mechanics.
Relationship Building: Maintain close connections with distributors, retailers, and key influencers in the automobile service market.
Market Expansion: Identify potential areas for business growth and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
Promotions & Branding: Execute promotional campaigns, branding activities, and product activations to increase visibility.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to provide actionable insights to management.
Reporting & Analysis: Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates to the central sales team.

Qualifications

Graduation in any discipline from a UGC-approved university (Business/Marketing background preferred).
2+ years of field sales experience, particularly in handling Distributor/Dealer/Retail Shops/Garage Mechanics.
Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience (SAP, etc.) is a plus.
Flexibility to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
Passion for automobiles, lubricants, and customer engagement.
