In 2014, ACI Motors expanded into the construction equipment industry by introducing CASE Construction Equipment. Two years later, in 2016, it became the distributor of globally renowned YAMAHA Motorcycles in Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Management Trainee at ACI Motors, you will:
- Participate in Rotational Assignments: Work across key departments including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Operations to gain cross-functional expertise.
- Assist in Strategic Projects: Contribute to high-impact projects designed to solve business challenges and drive organizational growth.
- Engage in Leadership Development Activities: Collaborate with teams to identify business opportunities and create innovative solutions.
- Demonstrate Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Apply critical thinking and creativity to improve workflows and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Agriculture, or related fields.
- Technical graduates with an MBA will be preferred.
- A strong academic record with a good CGPA.
Preferred Institutions:
- For Business Graduates: Graduates from Top-tier public, private, or foreign institutions.
- For Technical Graduates: Graduates from reputed universities, ideally with an MBA from top-tier public, private, or foreign institutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven analytical, critical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership potential and a passion for the automotive and machinery industry.
