Position Overview:
Abul Khair Tobacco Company Limited is seeking highly motivated and result-oriented individuals for the position of Territory Sales Officer (TSO). This role involves leading daily sales operations, managing trade marketing activities, and maintaining strong relationships with traders and customers to drive market growth and meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily sales and trade marketing activities within the assigned territory.

Maintain administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.

Build and sustain strong trade relations with traders, distributors, and customers.

Implement organizational sales strategies to stay competitive in the market.

Forecast demand, monitor trends, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Ensure sustainable growth of the company’s market share in the region.
Qualifications:

Minimum Master’s degree from any public university.

Age between 24 to 32 years.

Only male candidates are eligible to apply.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a competitive sales environment.

Must be capable of riding a motorbike.
What We Offer:

Monthly salary: 40,000 – 45,000 BDT
