Position Overview:
ACI Animal Genetics is looking for a motivated and sales-driven Marketing Officer to manage sales operations of frozen animal semen across assigned territories. This field-based role requires candidates to achieve monthly sales targets, expand market share through strong networks, and maintain a customer-first approach while ensuring efficient credit and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales targets of frozen animal semen processed in the company’s research center.

Plan and organize sales operations in the assigned territory.

Collect regular market feedback to remain updated about customer needs and competitor activities.

Manage credit effectively to maximize sales output.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Build and maintain a strong network of veterinary doctors, artificial insemination workers, traders, and end-users.

Share competitor information and market insights with management to support strategy.

Coordinate with internal teams to dissolve sales-related issues.
Qualifications:

Minimum Master’s degree from any public university.

Age between 24 to 32 years.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a competitive sales environment.

Must be capable of riding a motorbike.
