Position Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented individuals to join our Marketing & Sales team as Executives / Sr. Executives. The role involves executing sales and marketing strategies within assigned territories, building strong dealer and client relationships, and achieving company sales targets. The position is suited for individuals with proven sales and marketing experience in ceramics, construction, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute company sales and marketing strategies in assigned territories.

Conduct regular visits to zonal dealers and maintain strong dealer relationships.

Liaise with developers, contractors, civil engineers, architects, and fitters to promote Mir Ceramic products.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.

Provide product expertise, guiding customers to choose the right tile solutions.

Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue.

Handle customer complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction.

Conduct market analysis and report insights to management.

Support business expansion by onboarding new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in ceramics or construction.

Age between 25 to 35 years.

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Willingness to travel frequently across assigned territories.
