Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and creative Executive / Sr. Executive – Brand Development to join our team in Dhaka. The role requires strong brand management skills, market insight, and the ability to lead integrated campaigns. The candidate will oversee brand strategies, campaign execution, event activations, e-commerce initiatives, and cross-functional collaborations to ensure brand consistency and growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to analyze consumer trends and predict future shifts.

Develop innovative brand strategies and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and broadcast channels.

Oversee end-to-end campaign management, track performance, and prepare reports for future planning.

Ensure brand guardianship by maintaining consistency in product design, promotions, and advertising.

Lead events, exhibitions, product launches, and brand activations to enhance visibility and credibility.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve strategic goals.

Formulate budgets and develop both short and long-term action plans for brand growth.

Build partnerships and affiliations that expand the brand’s reach and influence.

Manage e-commerce operations and optimize digital marketing strategies for online sales.

Handle a diversified multi-category product portfolio with expertise.
Qualifications:

MBA or BBA in Marketing.

Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, or healthcare/lifestyle industries.

Freshers with strong skills and passion for branding are encouraged to apply.
