Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Brand Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in brand communication, campaign execution, and CMS management, ensuring creativity, precision, and consistency across all platforms. This role is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is passionate about shaping the future of EdTech in Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns across digital and offline channels.

  • Manage and update the Content Management System (CMS) for timely and engaging content delivery.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, production, mentors, performance marketing) to deliver high-quality brand assets.

  • Support content creation, campaign copywriting, and creative briefs.

  • Track and report campaign performance and brand KPIs.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

  • Collaborate on student-focused and revenue-driven campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or campaign execution.

  • Graduation in Marketing or a related field from a reputed university.

  • Hands-on experience with CMS (WordPress or equivalent).

  • Strong skills in content coordination, copywriting, and campaign execution.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Knowledge of AI tools, EdTech space, and social media trends will be an added advantage.
