Position Overview:
The Executive / Senior Executive (Sales & Marketing) will play a key role in driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening client relationships across Bangladesh. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and passionate about achieving measurable results through strategic fieldwork and customer engagement. This role is ideal for dynamic professionals or fresh graduates aspiring to build a strong career in industrial sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market surveys and research through extensive field visits to identify potential clients and growth opportunities.

Achieve sales targets set by management and ensure consistent revenue growth.

Maintain and develop client relationships through regular follow-ups and market visits.

Create new markets or areas for future business development.

Prepare and maintain sales databases and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Plan, deploy, and execute strategic sales initiatives to enhance market share.

Support the marketing team with promotional activities, area development, and customer feedback collection.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the reporting supervisor.
Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Direct Sales / Marketing preferred).

Experience in direct selling or marketing service companies will be considered an advantage.
