Position Overview:

The Executive / Senior Executive – Software Sales & Marketing will be responsible for driving revenue growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic promotion of ASD’s software solutions. The role demands a target-driven professional with strong business development skills and an understanding of software and IT services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to digital transformation initiatives across the country’s leading organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across private and public sectors.

  • Promote ASD’s software products and services through both online and offline channels.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and tenders.

  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to align client needs with ASD’s offerings.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.

  • Participate in exhibitions, client meetings, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

  • Executive: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in software or IT solution sales.

  • Senior Executive: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of meeting targets.

  • Prior experience in B2B software sales, government tendering, or corporate client management is preferred.
