Mir Ceramic Limited, one of Bangladesh’s leading tiles manufacturers, is inviting applications for the position of Sr. Manager – Head of Brand & Communication. The company is looking for a seasoned marketing professional to lead its brand strategy, communication initiatives, and market positioning efforts.
Job Context:
The Head of Brand & Communication will be responsible for driving the brand’s overall strategy, leading impactful campaigns, launching innovative products, and executing digital initiatives to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen equity and market position.

Plan and execute integrated ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.

Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to guide brand decisions.

Oversee POSM design, planograms, showroom branding, and ensure brand consistency.

Collaborate with design, sales, and product development teams for new product launches.

Monitor campaign performance metrics and ensure ROI-driven marketing outcomes.

Lead and mentor the brand team, fostering innovation and accountability.
Educational & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Honors) and MBA in Marketing.

Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in brand management or marketing leadership, preferably in ceramics, FMCG, or consumer-focused industries.

Proven expertise in brand strategy, campaign planning, creative design coordination, and ROI-based digital marketing.

Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
